Bullion Investors Group is a fee based membership plan that allows it's members to purchase fractional silver or gold each month. However they can also refer other members and earn bullion monthly.

As a member you can choose between purchasing gold or silver each month. The amount you contribute is determined by you and starts as low as $50 to $1000 per month. The Gold Plan is buying fractional gold till you reach a 1 oz Canadian Gold Maple Leaf Coin - Royal Canadian Mint.
The Silver Plan offers fractional silver till you reach a 10 oz Asahi Silver Bar. Each month you will receive a receipt of your funds paid the same day. Then on the last business day of the month you will receive a monthly receipt that will state the amount of bullion you have purchased that month and how much bullion you have accumulated to date.
At any time, you can choose to pause, restart, top up or cancel your membership without fees. You can also choose to sell your bullion holdings at the current bullion market sell rate and receive your funds within 2-5 business days.
