Why would I want to join the Gold Subscription?

Buying fractional gold on a monthly basis will give you the best price on your 1 oz Gold Coin. By buying in the lows and the highs each month, at the end of the year you will have dollar-cost averaged your gold purchase. Also you will have more gold than normal because you were buying it every month, with zero hassle and zero subscription fees. You are also paying the lowest premium to obtain physical gold using this method, compared to buying smaller coins and paying much higher premiums.

What happens when I obtain my full ounce in my subscription?

Each month you will receive an email showing your progress towards obtaining your 1oz Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coin. Once you obtain the full ounce, you can store it in the Nugget Vault or we will ship it to you, free of charge.

Does Nugget do Pre-authorized Debit from my bank account?

Yes Nugget Stacker can debit any Canadian bank account for Gold & Silver Subscriptions only. The withdrawal date is the 16th of the month and you can stop and restart at anytime without limitations or fees. Sign up Here

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $599. All orders below that value will be charged $19.95 for Express Shipping via Canada Post.

Can I Pick-up my order?

Yes we have a location in Calgary that you can pick-up your online orders from. Calgary Coin Gallery is located at 1404 Centre St SE Calgary, AB and is open Wed-Sat 12-5pm. Simply bring your goverment issued ID and your order number and we'll be ready for you.

What currency is your product priced in?

All product and payments are in Canadian Dollars.

Does Nugget Stacker have a Silver Subscription?

Yes Nuget Stacker now offers a Silver Subscription. Commit each month and start buying fractional Silver towards your 10 oz Bars of Silver. When can I expect my order to ship?

Most orders will ship within 2- 4 business days. Your order will be scheduled for packing and shipping based on the date your payment is received, according to payment type and clearing times, as well as any product exceptions noted at the time your order was placed. Please review your confirmation emails for updated details. You will be sent a tracking number for each package. 

Is there a discount for paying with INTERAC e-Transfer or Wire with my bank?

Do I have an account that I can view?

Yes, at anytime you can login to your Nugget Stacker account and view all of your purchases, vault balances and any cash balance you may have.

Do you buy Gold & Silver?

Yes Nugget Stacker will buy minted gold and silver from our clients with payment within 48hrs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use Expedited Shipping with Canada Post. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. We also require a signature for delivery due to saftey and security. Depending on your location in Canada, this can be 2-5 days.

How much does it cost to store my metals in the Nugget Vault?

Storage is reserved for members of the Gold Subscription, and is included free of charge. Silver storage cost is 0.7% of holdings and is charged annually.

Where are are my Subscription funds held?

All client funds are held in a Schedule 1 Canadian bank, and are held in an account in your name until your fraction of gold has been purchased. All Subscription gold will be purchased on the same day every month regardless of when your withdrawal date is. Your funds are always protected by CDIC up to $100,000 per client account.

Can I top up my Subscription at any time?

You sure can, simply send an e-transfer to: hello@nuggetstacker.com and well buy that much more Gold or Silver for your account that month. This is a great method to take advantage of a lower price in a given month.

Can I cancel my order?

After our system has created an order number, all prices are locked-in and the transaction is completed. Not completing an order will lead to liquidation, and market loss will be assessed as per our Terms of Sale. Future orders will not be accepted until all market loss fees are paid in full.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, your shipment can be delivered anywhere in Canada. However, due to fraudulent activity and security issues, credit card payments will only be shipped to the billing address. Also payments from wires and e-transfers must match the identity of the customer account making the purchase.

Do I have to pay any sales tax or GST / HST?

Nugget Stacker's precious metals are exempt from GST / HST. Exempt precious metals are defined as bars, ingots, coins or wafers of gold, silver or platinum, refined to a minimum purity of 99.50% in the case of gold and platinum, and 99.9% in the case of silver. If you are buying clothing or any metals that are less than stated, you will be charged GST/HST.

Can I return my order for a refund? 

We do not accept returns on any bullion products. However, if you purchased your bullion from Nugget Stacker, we will buy it back at current market rates.

What differentiates owning precious metals from investing in the stock market?

As a tangible asset held in your possession, bullion has no counterparty risk. It can’t go bankrupt or default. It doesn’t commit fraud, and it doesn’t make terrible decisions. It doesn’t even rely on electricity or an internet connection to work. Coins, Rounds, and Bars are a time-tested hedge against out-of-control central bankers, hostile politicians, and bad goverment decisions.

Why does my Broker not mention owning Gold & Silver?

Precious metals in your possession have no counterparties and no continuing fees and commissions, unlike the thousands of investments brokers sell. Once you own gold, that part of your wealth and your future is out of Wall Street's hands.
